Born and raised in Fresno, CA. I didn't become interested in painting until the late '80's when while living in Santa Monica, CA I decided to take a few art classes at the community college. I then painted on my own on and off for a few years, learning as I went. I now live in Oregon and am able to paint full time. Painting is like a meditation, totally absorbing and relaxing. I feel truly blessed to be able to do something I love. I'm inspired by all the wonderful art that is out there am always amazed at  how many gifted artists there are in the world.
